Replacement Exhaust H section in Polished Stainless Steel

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove end cans/silencers.

2. Attempt to remove nut and H section from the original down pipes.

3. If number 2. fails, i.e. the nut is seized solid or the original H section is set solid in the front down pipe - NO PROBLEM!! Cut through with a hack saw (or grinder) where the chrome down pipe meets the steel section.

4. Fit our pipe OVER the original nut onto the 45mm chrome down pipes and clamp up. JOB DONE!!

5. Refit the cans. Clamp up and then lock up the Balance pipe clamp.

6. Have a beer and stand back and admire your handy work.

7. Thrash the arse out of the bike loving that new deeper sound now that you have a pretty, shiny, formed pipe rather than those original 11 pieces of off-cut welded together by a robot!!

8. And finally, gloat in the fact you have spent a lot less than the £640 which is the listed price at the Yamaha Centre/Chelsea for an original replacement part.
